3.3 Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and permanently. Any funds deposited into such an Account will be returned to the verified payment method used for the original deposit, minus any amounts wagered prior to discovery of the age violation, as required by applicable regulations. idd888 reserves the right to report suspected underage gaming to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.
3.4 Additionally, to be eligible to use idd888, you must:

4.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on idd888. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested by idd888 during the registration or KYC process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify idd888 promptly of any changes.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your idd888 login credentials — username/mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. idd888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify idd888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
4.4 Account Currency. All idd888 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). idd888 does not maintain multi-currency accounts. All deposits, withdrawals, winnings, bonuses, and balances are expressed and processed in PHP.
4.5 idd888 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to suspend or terminate an existing Account at its discretion, including where it reasonably believes that the User has violated these Terms, provided false information, or represents a risk under applicable anti-money laundering or responsible gaming obligations.
5.1 idd888 is required by applicable Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations to verify the identity of all registered Users. KYC verification is mandatory for full account access, including all deposit functions and all withdrawals.
5.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following Philippine-issued identification documents:

5.4 Documents must be clear, unaltered, legible, and current. idd888 reserves the right to request additional documentation where submitted documents are insufficient, expired, or unclear.
5.5 Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that have not completed KYC verification. idd888 shall not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing attributable to a User's failure to complete KYC requirements promptly.
6.1 All games available on the idd888 platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, bingo, and sports betting — operate under their respective game rules as displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you accept those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.
6.2 Random Number Generation (RNG). All non-live games on idd888 operate using certified Random Number Generators independently audited by recognized third-party testing laboratories. 6.3 Technical Errors & Malfunctions. 7.1 Deposits. idd888 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your idd888 PHP balance upon confirmed receipt by the idd888 payment system.
7.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available to accounts that have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 7.4 Currency. All transactions on idd888 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied. Users depositing via USDT will have their deposit converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
7.5 idd888 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your e-wallet or bank provider may apply its own fees independently of idd888.
7.6 idd888 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above certain threshold amounts, in compliance with AML reporting obligations under Philippine law.
Important: Funds deposited on idd888 may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform. idd888 does not permit fund parking — depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful wagering activity. Accounts exhibiting fund parking behavior may be subject to review and possible restriction.
8.1 idd888 may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback offers, free credits, and other incentives to eligible registered Players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual Promotion ("Promotion Terms") as published on the idd888 platform.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits issued under Promotions are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable Promotion Terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is twenty (20) times the bonus amount. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

8.6 Promotional winnings derived from Bonus credits that exceed any cap specified in the Promotion Terms may be forfeited. Players should review Promotion Terms, including any maximum win caps, before participating.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the idd888 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and pending winnings, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:
10.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the idd888 platform — including its website design, software, source code, user interface, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, game content, and all other content — are owned by or licensed to idd888. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the idd888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license terminates automatically upon Account suspension or closure.
10.3 The idd888 name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to idd888. You may not use them without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of idd888's intellectual property may constitute trademark infringement under Philippine law.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, idd888 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the idd888 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.
11.2 idd888's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your idd888 Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 idd888 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. idd888 shall not be liable for loss arising from platform downtime, maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service failures (including payment provider outages).
11.4 Gaming involves inherent financial risk. idd888 does not guarantee winnings or returns. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds wagered on idd888 and that such losses are not recoverable from idd888 except where caused by proven platform malfunction as described in Section 6.3.
12.1 idd888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your idd888 Account at any time by contacting idd888 support. Any verified funds remaining in your Account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.3 Upon Account closure or suspension, all Bonus credits, promotional credits, and pending free bets are forfeited immediately.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
15.4 idd888's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management matters that fall within its discretionary rights under these Terms are final and binding and shall not be subject to judicial review except on grounds of manifest error or fraud.
